A proud native Texan and U.S. Army veteran, David combines technical acumen with leadership experience to develop cutting-edge solutions tailored to the aerospace industry.
David holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Texas Tech University, reflecting his passion for problem-solving and precision. Outside of his professional endeavors, David cherishes time with his family. He and his wife are proud parents to a young son who loves exploring the world. David also enjoys engaging in strategic challenges through board games, honing his skills in billiards, and staying active with running.

Diego Martinez-Moncada is the COO of Tejas Advanced Solutions, bringing over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, and policy advocacy. He has successfully led large-scale initiatives, including the acquisition of his nonprofit by a local transit agency, securing its long-term impact as a permanent division within their service offerings.
A native of Austin, TX, Diego earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas. At Tejas Advanced Solutions, he leverages his expertise in procurement, compliance, and business operations to ensure the company maintains excellence in governance and client service. In his role as COO, Diego is dedicated to optimizing business processes that align with the needs of clients while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
